The Senior Field Service Technician supports team members in delivering high-quality service at Long Bay Prison & Forensic Hospital, enhancing customer satisfaction and minimising downtime through exceptional technical support.

• Day-to-day service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment
• Manage workload effectively, improve processes, oversee subcontractors, verify work, liaise with clients, escalate issues, and collaborate with Honeywell teams to ensure high-quality service
• Diagnoses Faults and repairs on Security/BMS Head end systems
• Manage the Electronic Security Services (ESS) Preventative Maintenance Program, including planning, scheduling, coordination, reporting, compliance monitoring
• Software Configuration of EBI, DVM, ECAS, CCTV, IP Intercoms, and DDC control equipment

• Experience with control systems and DVM/ EBI products in BMS and security systems.
• Proven experience in System troubleshooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Some on call/roster work is required for this role
• Ability to obtain NSW Corrections Security clearance
