What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor the F&I team to achieve performance, product penetration, and profitability goals.
- Structure and secure finance deals through a variety of lending sources.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, lender, and company regulations.
- Partner with Sales leadership to maximize deal opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Present financing, protection products, warranties, and ancillary products to customers.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and product providers.
- Support recruiting, training, and development of future F&I talent.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
What You'll Bring
- Proven success as an Automotive F&I Manager with a strong record of performance.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing F&I professionals.
- Extensive knowledge of finance products, lender programs, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Fixed Operations, and dealership leadership.
- Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and customer-first mindset.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total Rewards
$150,000 - $175,000/ per year
This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes a base/draw/hourly offset and the opportunity to earn commission and bonus.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
