Lead Flutter Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• Build reusable and scalable UI components from Figma designs.
• Integrate APIs and native platform capabilities.
• Optimise application performance and ensure smooth user experiences.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Write automated and unit tests to maintain product quality.
• Follow best practices for source control, CI/CD, and development workflows.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for projects and features.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to improve product performance, security, and scalability.
• Work closely with product, design, and technical teams to build and launch new features.
• Take ownership of projects from development to delivery.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter.
• B. Tech / B. E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter.
• Good understanding of the complete mobile app development lifecycle.
• Experience building applications for Android and iOS.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX implementation and converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Experience with APIs, native integrations, animations, and performance optimisation.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Experience with automated testing, unit testing, and source control.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, work efficiently with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines.
• Strong team-player mindset with the ability to take technical ownership and lead a team when required.
