Lead Food and Beverage Attendant
Job Summary
We're looking for a Lead Food & Beverage Attendant to help run a smooth, guest-focused operation by leading the shift, supporting the team, and keeping service moving at a high standard. This is a hands-on role-ideal for someone who can jump in, coach others, and keep the department organized and ready for business.
What You'll Do

Lead daily shift execution in food & beverage outlets (breakfast, restaurant, bar, banquets-based on property needs)

Set the pace: opening/closing duties, service setup, sidework, cleanliness, and restocking

Support and coach team members on service standards, guest interaction, and procedures

Assist with training new hires and reinforcing consistency across the team

Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally; escalate when needed

Maintain food safety and sanitation standards (cleaning schedules, temp logs, safe food handling)

Ensure supplies are stocked and organized; communicate low inventory needs to leadership

Support upselling and promote specials to help drive revenue

Follow brand standards and hotel policies at all times
What We're Looking For

1+ year(s) food & beverage experience (hotel experience a plus)

Prior lead, trainer, or shift-lead responsibilities preferred

Strong guest service mindset with calm problem-solving under pressure

Reliable attendance and punctuality-this role sets the tone for the team

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
Requirements

Flexible schedule: mornings/evenings, weekends, and holidays

Food safety knowledge (ServSafe preferred, not required)

Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods
