Lead Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a frontend development team.
• Build scalable and reusable UI components using Svelte and SvelteKit.
• Design high-performance and user-friendly web applications.
• Help migrate existing React/Vue applications to Svelte.
• Improve website speed, performance, and state management.
• Work closely with Product, UI/UX, and Backend teams.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain frontend coding standards.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Svelte/SvelteKit.
• Experience with Vite, Webpack, Rollup, and NPM.
• Knowledge of testing tools such as Vitest, Jest, or Playwright.
• Strong experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
