Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Architect, design, and implement scalable and robust full-stack solutions for the e-commerce platform using modern technologies. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and maintenance. Collaborate closely with product management, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Ensure code quality, performance, and security through rigorous code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices. Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to continuously improve the development process and platform capabilities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Expertise in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end languages/frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring). Proven experience in designing and developing complex, scalable e-commerce platforms. Strong understanding of database design and management (SQL and No SQL), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
