Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Expertise in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end languages/frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring).
- Proven experience in designing and developing complex, scalable e-commerce platforms .
- Strong understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
