Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the company's primary e-commerce platform , ensuring scalability and performance.
- Mentor and manage a team of full-stack developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Develop robust back-end services and APIs using frameworks like Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
- Build responsive and engaging user interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Oversee the implementation of database solutions (SQL and NoSQL) and ensure data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver exceptional digital products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role .
- Expertise in multiple programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java) and frameworks.
