Summary

Lead a team to design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using GoLang or Python for backend and React for frontend, primarily on AWS.

We are looking for a skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with solid experience in backend development using GoLang or Python and frontend development with React.

The ideal candidate brings a strong grasp of system design, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and cloud technology stacks, with AWS as a preferred choice. You will take ownership of designing, building, and supporting scalable applications, working alongside cross-functional teams, and championing best practices in code quality and architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and support backend services built with GoLang or Python
  • Create and refine user interfaces using React
  • Team up with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver top-quality solutions
  • Contribute to system design discussions and help shape architectural decisions
  • Uphold code quality through code reviews, testing, and consistent application of best practices
  • Deploy and manage cloud-based solutions across the entire application stack
  • Capture technical designs, processes, and implementations in documentation for team-wide clarity
  • Keep current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

  • No less than 5 years of hands-on professional experience in full stack development
  • At least 1 year of experience leading and managing development teams
  • Strong proficiency in backend development with GoLang or Python
  • Solid experience with React for frontend development
  • Firm understanding of system design principles
  • Practical exposure to all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Applied experience with cloud technology stacks such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
  • English at B2 level or higher, with strong written and spoken communication skills

Nice to have

  • Applied experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Working knowledge of database technologies, covering both SQL and NoSQL
  • Exposure to microservices architecture for building scalable applications
  • Practical experience with automated testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies for iterative software delivery
