Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of full-stack web applications, from database to user interface. Architect scalable and robust solutions, making key technology choices. Manage and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across both frontend and backend systems. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment. Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of applications. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development and Fin Tech. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior technical role. Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), or similar. Expertise in frontend technologies including Java Script (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL) and/or No SQL databases (e.g., Mongo DB). Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
