Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of complex, scalable web applications using modern frameworks for both frontend and backend. Mentor and guide a team of full-stack developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies across the team. Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Oversee the deployment process, ensuring applications are robust, secure, and performant in production. Identify and implement opportunities for technical innovation and process improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer , with at least 7 years in the industry. Extensive experience with frontend technologies (e.g., React , Angular , Vue.js ) and backend languages (e.g., Node.js , Python , Ruby ). Strong understanding of database design and management, including relational (SQL) and No SQL databases. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
