Lead Full Stack Developer – React, Java, Node, Go, Python, AWS

• Work with clients to define digital strategy and execution roadmaps
• Design and implement differentiated digital solutions that deliver measurable value
• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade full-stack applications
• Build scalable frontend experiences using ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Develop backend APIs and microservices using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js
• Architect AWS cloud-native solutions with containers, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and monitoring
• Own features end to end from design through deployment, production support, and continuous improvement
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript, including hooks and functional components
• Strong backend development experience in Go, Java, Python, or Node.js
• Experience with APIs, microservices, distributed systems, REST, gRPC, Thrift, and Koa
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, RDS, MongoDB, DynamoDB, and Redis
• Strong AWS experience, including ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatch
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD, including CircleCI
• Experience with unit, integration, API, and UI testing using Jest and Cypress
• Experience with observability and monitoring using Datadog and CloudWatch
• Understanding of networking and security fundamentals, including DNS, authentication, encryption, and secure API design
• Familiarity with Gemini, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Agile/Scrum
• Ability to independently deliver complex technical initiatives with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance engineering excellence with business priorities and customer outcomes
• Ability to mentor engineers and guide technical standards
