Summary

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise web applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Define frontend and backend architecture, coding standards, reusable components, and API design practices.
- Develop high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js, ensuring scalability and availability.
- Drive automation strategy and implementation using Playwright, including regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, performance tuning, debugging, and production issue resolution.
- Design secure integrations involving API gateways, OAuth/JWT, messaging systems, databases, and distributed services.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes deployments, and application monitoring.
- Guide developers, mentor team members, and collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including GenAI capabilities, and identify opportunities to improve digital banking products.
- Ensure adherence to security, coding, testing, documentation, and Agile delivery standards.
Required Skillsets :
- 8+ years of software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable RESTful APIs, backend services, and responsive enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright automation frameworks and test automation strategy.
- Deep understanding of React architecture, Hooks, state management, reusable components, and frontend performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases, asynchronous programming, caching, and distributed systems.
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, API gateways, and production monitoring.
- Expertise in authentication and authorization using OAuth, JWT, and related security practices.
- Knowledge of Kafka, AWS/Azure messaging services, and GraphQL is an advantage.
- Exposure to GenAI integration and modern AI-enabled application development.
- Strong technical leadership, architectural decision-making, troubleshooting, and mentoring capabilities.
