Requirements:
Strong experience with React / Next.js
Strong Python / FastAPI backend experience
Experience leading technical decisions and code reviews
Solid understanding of scalable production systems
FinTech experience is required
Experience with trading, brokerage, payments, banking, or other financial products is a strong plus
