Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers , fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
- Oversee both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) development initiatives.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code review processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the entire stack.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior architect role .
- Expertise in multiple front-end frameworks and back-end technologies .
- Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures and APIs.
- Strong understanding of database design, SQL and NoSQL databases, and data modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
