Lead Full Stack Engineer - AI-Driven, Hybrid London

iO Associates is seeking a Principle/Lead Full Stack Developer for a contract role outside IR35 in London. You will solve problems across the stack, own product outcomes, and apply AI tools to deliver business value.

The role requires 9+ years of experience with exposure to modern languages (Python/TypeScript/Go/Rust) and frontend frameworks, plus API design and distributed systems know-how. Hybrid work with two onsite days in Central London.
