Lead Full-Stack Engineer, AI Web App

Niuro is hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer for an early-stage AI startup. You will own the web app end to end and make a working product great, in a small team with direct access to the founders.

You will:
- Own the web app end to end, from backend to user experience.
- Expand features and ship AI capabilities such as LLM or computer vision features.
- Use performance data and user feedback to decide what to improve next.
- Test, debug and resolve issues fast.

You bring:
- 3+ years shipping production web apps.
- Solid backend skills.
- Hands-on experience shipping AI features, such as LLMs or computer vision, to real users.
- The ability to work well without oversight and a strong sense of what users need.
- C1 English.

Remote from Latin America, full-time contractor.
