Lead Full Stack Engineer (Java, AI-Ready)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of full stack enterprise applications, with Java on the backend and a modern frontend.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Use Kafka to move data between systems reliably through event-based messaging.
• Create user interfaces using React or Angular.
• Add AI and GenAI features into enterprise applications, such as LLM-powered functions and document search and answering (RAG).
• Use Azure AI services to deliver practical, working AI solutions.
• Guide and support other engineers through code reviews, technical advice, and good engineering practices.
• Work with product, architecture, and business teams to turn requirements into dependable solutions.
• Keep applications secure, scalable, and easy to maintain.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and Kafka.
• Solid experience with a modern frontend framework, either React or Angular.
• Proven experience building full stack applications from start to finish.
• Practical experience applying AI/GenAI solutions, including LLMs, RAG approaches, and Azure AI services.
• Able to integrate AI features into enterprise applications.
• This is a Java full stack role with AI readiness, not an AI/ML engineering role. Strong application development experience matters more than deep AI/ML research skills.
