Lead Full Stack Engineer (Node.js / React / Next.js)

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive the technical direction of a modern web platform. In this role, you will combine hands-on development with architecture, technical leadership, and mentoring, helping to build scalable, high-quality solutions while promoting engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using Node.js (Nest.js), React, and Next.js.

• Define architecture, improve system performance, and support platform scalability.

• Lead code reviews, promote coding standards, and reduce technical debt.

• Contribute to CI/CD, deployment processes, and platform reliability.

• Build and maintain automated testing strategies.

• Mentor developers and foster knowledge sharing across the team.

• Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve engineering efficiency and delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Full Stack web development.

• Strong expertise in Nest.js (Node.js), React, and Next.js.

• Proven experience designing scalable architectures and making technical decisions.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and DevOps practices.

• Strong understanding of software quality, testing, and engineering best practices.

• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.

• Fluent English.
