AtORIKEI, we build premium software and smart hardware where precision engineering meets high-end design. Our stack spans offline-first mobile apps, real-time IoT telemetry pipelines, and luxury inventory tracking systems - all built in-house by a small, highly capable team.

What You'll Do

You will be ahands-on engineer who owns the full product stack- mobile, web, and backend - writing production code daily and taking features from idea to live deployment independently.

• Mobile (React Native / Expo):Build and maintain our iOS and Android apps - complex UI, offline-first sync, BLE/NFC hardware integrations, and real-time data flows.
• Backend (NestJS / Node.js):Own API development, database design, microservices, and event-driven pipelines across PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
• Web Frontends (Next.js):Build and improve our internal admin tools, producer portals, and customer-facing web apps.
• IoT & Hardware:Work directly with BLE sensors, MQTT telemetry, RFID scanners, and real-time alerting - integrating hardware with software seamlessly.
• Production Ownership:Deploy, monitor, and maintain live systems. Debug production issues, manage CI/CD pipelines, and ship to TestFlight and App Store with confidence.
• Architecture:Contribute meaningfully to technical decisions - data models, sync strategies, API design, and system scalability.

What We're Looking For Hard Skills

• React Native (Expo)- production apps, not tutorials. You've shipped to the App Store.
• Node.js / NestJS- REST APIs, authentication, background jobs, real-time WebSockets.
• Next.js / TypeScript- server-side rendering, API routes, complex UI components.
• PostgreSQL- schema design, query optimisation, migrations. TimescaleDB or similar a bonus.
• Redis- caching, pub/sub, session management.
• Offline-first / local-first architecture- experience with sync engines (PowerSync, WatermelonDB, or similar) is a strong plus.
• IoT familiarity- BLE, MQTT, NFC, or hardware integrations. You don't need to be an embedded engineer, but you're comfortable bridging hardware and software.
• Docker & Linux- comfortable deploying and troubleshooting containerised services on a Linux server.
