About youWe are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who knows how to build and also wants to help others build.
If you are currently leading a squad, or have had a taste for leading builds and want to do it more, then we want to hear from you. This role will start on our existing squad, then move into a Squad Lead position on your own squad. Always building and leading work.
What You’ll Be Accountable For- Delivering Valuable Features: Lead, build, launch, and iterate on secure, fast, and reliable software.
- Code Ownership: Maintain clean, testable code that runs well and is monitored in production.
- Mentorship: Help guide intermediate devs and set strong tech standards.
- Collaborator: You work well with others to shape a feature, break it down, share the workload, and get feedback.
- Owner: You ship it, and you own it, not putting it down until it’s proven to work.
- Self-driven: You spot what needs doing and execute without hand-holding.
- Ego-free: You care about the best idea, take constructive feedback well, and back up decisions with facts.
- Pragmatic: You balance speed with quality, and know when to say “no” to unnecessary scope.
- 5+ years in product-focused software teams (ideally SaaS).
- Experience leading work from inception to monitoring its success
- Solid hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, and MongoDB.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and cloud architecture.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks like Vue, Nuxt, or React.
- A proven track record of shipping real products you can show us.
