Lead Full-stack Engineer
- Oversee development efforts and act as the main point of contact between engineering and product teams
- Guide engineers across disciplines and lead the engineering team
- Ensure coding, architecture, and processes align with best practices
- Collaborate with product management to define project scope, priorities, and deliverables
- Perform code reviews and testing to maintain high-quality code and system performance
- Make technical decisions and maintain a comprehensive understanding of system architecture
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Deep knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies
- Experience with React
- Experience with Ruby on Rails
- Proven experience in a leadership role within cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Startup experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
