Primary Responsibilities:
- Build scalable full-stack applications using Python and React or Angular
- Design and deliver production-grade AI and agentic AI solutions, including LLM orchestration, RAG, tool calling, workflows, and evaluation
- Own solution design through development, testing, CI/CD deployment, observability, security, and production support
- Develop APIs, backend services, and data solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases
- Deploy cloud-native applications on Azure, leveraging Container Apps, AKS, Application Gateway, Log Analytics, networking, and Key Vault
- Build robust monitoring, logging, alerting, performance, reliability, and security controls
- Use AI engineering tools to improve developer productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation
- Partner with global, cross-functional teams and independently lead assigned technical deliveries
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience
- 5+ years building and supporting production-grade applications
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, cloud deployment, and Azure
- Experience with Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes and DevSecOps
- Solid Python and React or Angular expertise
- Solid SQL and NoSQL database experience
- Knowledge of AI, AI orchestration, RAG, GenAI, etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge of secure, scalable, observable, high-performance product engineering
- Proven ownership of delivery, production support, and issue resolution in a global team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution
- Experience in product companies or customer-facing platforms
- Knowledge of Python (FSD), React, Azure, Architecture, CICD, Containerization, Kubernetes, etc.
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK or similar frameworks
