Lead Full Stack Java AWS TypeScript Developer

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Java AWS TypeScript Developer for a high-profile role associated with a Front-office Portfolio Management System for one of the world's largest asset management companies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-office Portfolio Management System functionality using Java and JavaScript front-end frameworks
• Design and implement scalable solutions leveraging Amazon Web Services
• Collaborate within an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software
• Work autonomously while maintaining a detail-oriented approach focused on accuracy
• Undergo a thorough background check, including criminal, work, educational, and residency verification
• Comply with trading restrictions and reporting obligations
• Maintain office presence at least 3 days a week
• Operate within a Remote Desktop (VDI) environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of proficiency in Java and JavaScript front-end frameworks (Vue.js or React)
• 3+ years of proven track record working with Amazon Web Services
• 3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
• Passion for computer programming paired with a detail-oriented mindset focused on accuracy
• Ability to work autonomously in a high-profile, fast-paced environment
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Background in Investment banking/Asset Management domain
