The Lead Full Stack Web Developer will design and manage end-to-end software architecture, build responsive UIs, and lead a development team. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders and data scientists to translate business needs into technical solutions while mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
- Design client-side and server-side architecture
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
- Develop automated security pipelines
- Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across all platforms.
- Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
- Have a knack for picking up new technologies quickly
- Write technical documentation
- Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
- Directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team
- Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to software quality standards
