Lead Fullstack Developer (JavaScript)
We're on the hunt for a Lead Fullstack Developer to become part of our team. This position sits at the intersection of business objectives and hands-on technical delivery within a spread-out, multi-functional organization. You'll apply disciplined engineering thinking to fast-paced, often undefined challenges, all while influencing how new technologies get adopted across the company. It's a chance to leave a real mark on how enterprise systems grow and interconnect
Responsibilities
- Work in close coordination with product owners and stakeholders spanning IT, Sales, Finance, and HR, matching schedules to enable live collaboration
- Turn ambiguous internal use cases into concrete architecture plans, UX/flow designs, API specifications, and a ready-to-build backlog for the team based in India
- Architect and connect agentic workflows spanning enterprise platforms including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, and Oracle HCM
- Drive resolution of intricate integration work, spanning authentication setup, MCP tool access, data contract definition, RBAC design, error handling, and production go-live
- Engage daily with the India-based team, clearing up requirements, conducting PR reviews, removing integration roadblocks, and ensuring release quality holds
- Develop prototypes where necessary, spanning UI work, agent flow design, or MCP/LLM implementation, then pass a production-ready backlog over to the India team
- Bake security, observability, and reusability into the build approach so each agent stands as a lasting solution rather than a throwaway demo
Requirements
- Five-plus years of practical, relevant full-stack engineering experience, with current, hands-on delivery track record
- Minimum one year of experience directing and overseeing development teams
- Deep proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript combined with a contemporary frontend framework such as React or equivalent
- Strong backend engineering background using Node.js or Python, coupled with solid skills in API and integration architecture
- Proven track record delivering AI/LLM solutions, spanning tool calling, RAG, agent systems, MCP, prompt workflows, or similar production-grade experience
- Experience converting stakeholder workshop outcomes into tangible architecture and a workable, buildable backlog
- Hands-on AWS delivery background, covering Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, IAM, and CloudWatch, plus enterprise authentication approaches like SSO/Okta and RBAC
- Skilled communicator capable of driving technical dialogue in English with US-based stakeholders, holding working fluency at B2 level or higher, converting business needs into agentic system designs
Nice to have
- Knowledge of MCP gateways, LLM gateways, model routing, policy/audit frameworks, and usage/cost management tools
- Background applying OpenTelemetry or comparable observability solutions to monitor agent traces, tool calls, latency, and failures
- Experience working within platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Glean, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM, Concur, or similar HR/IT tools
- Track record transforming internal platforms or prototypes into robust, enterprise-grade production services
