Lead Fullstack Engineer

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6+ years of strong production-level expertise in Node.js and React.
• Experience in system design, scalability, and API development.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, production monitoring, and incident management.
• Proven technical leadership, team mentoring, and architecture decision-making skills.
• Minimum 2+ years of people management experience, leading teams of 3-4 members, conducting 1:1s, managing performance, and resolving conflicts.
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, monitoring, observability, and post-release engineering.
• Strong understanding of low-level and enterprise-grade system design.
• Solid knowledge of security fundamentals, including OWASP Top 10, TLS, end-to-end encryption, browser key exchanges, and encoding.
• Preferred: High-growth startup or Healthtech experience; security or patient safety certifications are a plus.
