Lead GenAI Solution Architect

Salary: $14k - $30k p.m. + Up to $ 30,000

Based in Kuala Lumpur, you'll be part of a growing AI capability focused on turning emerging AI technologies into practical, scalable solutions that improve how teams make decisions, access knowledge and automate business processes.



Your new role

• Lead and coach a small team of AI and automation specialists while remaining hands-on in solution delivery.
  

• Architect and build enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG and AI Agents.
  
• Design intelligent agents and workflows that can retrieve information, reason over business context and trigger actions.
  
• Take AI solutions from concept and PoC through to enterprise implementation.
  
• Leverage technologies across Azure AI/OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Microsoft 365, where relevant.
  
• Apply techniques such as RAG, prompt engineering, knowledge grounding, agent orchestration and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in AI/ML, Generative AI or AI Solution Architecture, ideally within an enterprise environment.
  
• Experience leading or mentoring technical team members while remaining comfortable with hands-on delivery.
  

• Strong technical foundation in Python and exposure to modern GenAI/agent frameworks.
  
• Experience delivering AI solutions beyond experimentation, with exposure to production or enterprise-scale implementations.
  
• Experience within the Microsoft/Azure AI ecosystem would be highly advantageous, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform or Microsoft 365.
