Lead Generation / Account Manager (AI-driven outbound)
Appricotsoft is a Warsaw-based software agency, growing since 2017 without external investment. We build React Native mobile apps, fintech integrations, and custom web platforms. Our clients include Coca-Cola and T-Mobile.
Beyond client work, we run our own products: MyRest - one of Poland's largest restaurant reservation platforms (7+ years on the market), and TipTip - a cashless tipping fintech platform operating under a KNF license. We're now expanding into the UK through Appricotsoft UK Ltd - and that's why we're looking for someone to own our outbound.
We're an AI-first team: Claude and Claude-based agents are part of our daily workflow, from market research to follow-ups. You'll work in an environment where automation is the norm, not an experiment.
What you'll do
Build and run outbound campaigns: cold email and LinkedIn outreach
Source and enrich lead databases with Apollo and LinkedIn
Own the pipeline in HubSpot: from first touch to booked call
Automate routine work with Claude and agents: research, personalization, follow-ups
Join calls with leads in English, qualify them, and manage accounts going forward
Test hypotheses: new niches, ICPs, messaging - and scale what works
What we expect
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn (Sales Navigator)
Experience automating cold email and LinkedIn outreach
Strong hands-on experience with Claude and Claude-based agents - this is a key requirement
English B2+ - confident enough to run calls with clients
Results-driven: you care about booked calls and closed deals, not the number of emails sent
Nice to have
Polish language
Experience selling IT services / outsourcing
Familiarity with the HoReCa and fintech domains
