Lead Generation and Social Media Specialist

This is a remote position.

Working 4 to 5 hours per week, this remote independent contractor role focuses on driving active client outreach and expanding social media presence for an established training provider. The organisation delivers accredited and regulated training solutions—including first aid, mental health first aid, and professional development qualifications—to businesses and individuals.

The position plays an important role in establishing digital channels, managing business-to-business communications, and nurturing prospect relationships. The successful candidate will systematically handle outbound calls and client lead follow-ups to expand market outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Create content and upload regular posts across LinkedIn and Facebook platforms.

• Create and establish an official Facebook page for the business.

• Conduct outbound B2B cold calling to generate prospective client leads.

• Perform systematic follow-ups on client leads to support outreach initiatives.

• Manage B2B social media accounts across LinkedIn and Facebook to drive active outreach.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B cold calling and lead generation.

• Practical experience in managing business-to-business social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn and Facebook.

• Demonstrated capability in social media content creation and post uploading.

• Ability to work effectively as a remote independent contractor.
