Lead Generation Manager (Upwork)

Format: Full-time
Compensation: Fixed salary + %
Work format: Remote

Responsibilities:
Working with the automated lead generation system
Adjusting and fine-tuning job application criteria (niche, budget, keywords, filters)
Handling incoming responses from clients
Communicating with clients and guiding them to:a call, or
a direct deal

Client handover after agreements are reached

Requirements:
Mandatory experience with either Gigradar or Getmany or Convertix.io (must-have)
Hands-on experience with Upwork (practical, not theoretical)
Understanding of the funnel: proposal → reply → call → deal
Confident written English (B2+)
Ability to lead clients to a decision, not just reply to messages
