Responsibilities
- Create and execute lead generation strategies to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
- Manage, mentor and form a part of a team of lead generation specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continual improvement.
- Utilize various platforms and tools for prospecting, including social media, email marketing, and networking.
- Analyze key metrics to assess the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and handover of qualified leads.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation or similar sales roles.
- Proven experience in performing outbound lead generation.
- Strong track-record in outbound sales and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and lead generation tools.
