Lead Generation Sales Representative - Hospital Stand

About the role

Do you enjoy interacting with people and are you good at communicating in a clear and friendly way? We are looking for 1 Lead Generation Sales Representative for a campaign in hospitals in Valencia, with the objective to inform, capture, and pre-qualify leads for the Club del hospital from a stand.

Your mission will be to approach the public, briefly explain the service, and register contact details on a tablet. This is not a sales position: you will not process enrollments or manage clinical documentation; the final enrollment is carried out by the Back Office team.

What you'll do

• Proactive approach to patients, companions, and visitors from the stand.
• Explain what the Club del hospital is, its benefits, and how it works using a simple, value-oriented message.
• Resolve basic doubts, conveying professionalism, confidence, and warmth.
• Capture and registration of data on a tablet: first and last name, telephone, and email.
• Confirm the visitor's consent to be contacted by the Back Office.
• Pre-qualification of the lead (interested/potential/not interested) following defined criteria.
• Keep the stand tidy, visible, and with promotional material available.
• Reporting lead volume and incidents to the supervisor.
• Compliance with protocol, confidentiality, and data protection regulations.

What you'll get

• Temporary contract until 31/01/2026.
• Full-time, Monday to Friday.
• Schedule: 10:00-14:00 and 15:00-19:00.
• Salary: €18,000 gross/year (12 payments) + variable based on lead generation objectives
• Start date October 2026

Requirements

• Native Spanish. Valencian is a plus.
• Previous experience in lead generation/sales/customer service (valuable, but not essential).
• High communication capacity: explain the service in less than 1 minute.
• Empathy and friendly treatment (hospital environment).
• Confidence when speaking, a positive attitude, and a results orientation.
• Organization and precision to register data without errors.
