Lead Generation Specialist | Investment Sales

We operate exclusively in Texas’ major markets: Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Houston and San Antonio.
Weitzman is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist | Investment Sales to join our Investment Sales team in Dallas. This position is an ideal starting point for someone who is self-motivated and wants to build their career in commercial real estate brokerage.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct daily, high-volume outbound calls to owners of multi-tenant shopping centers and single-tenant retail properties
- Qualify owners’ interest in selling, understand their timing and motivation, and work with the Investment Sales team to set meetings, discuss valuations, and develop plans to secure new listings
- Build and maintain an accurate database of retail property owners, contact information, and call notes
- Research ownership, drive markets, and learn the Dallas-Fort Worth landscape to identify new prospects
- Collaborate with the Investment Sales team on pitches, new listing efforts, and active listings as needed
- Expand your knowledge through hands-on exposure to basic property research and underwriting as the role develops
What We’re Looking For
- Confident, professional phone presence with the ability to adapt and remain resilient when navigating challenges; prior cold calling, inside sales, or business development experience is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset and discipline to hit daily goals while working independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage property owners and build professional relationships
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail while conducting follow ups and tracking contacts
- Active Texas Real Estate license preferred; candidates currently pursuing or willing to obtain a license will also be considered
- Microsoft Excel skills preferred
Status and Compensation
This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity and is not eligible for company-provided benefits. A monthly stipend will be provided along with the potential to earn commissions through successful transactions, prospecting, and new business development activities.
