Position Overview

Help lead the team that gets our guests’ mountain days started off right. As a Lead Guest Transit Host at Mt. Hood Meadows, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience while providing day-to-day guidance and support to our Guest Transit Hosts. You’ll help keep shuttle operations safe, organized, and moving smoothly across our parking areas while serving as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for both guests and your team.

You’ll work across multiple parking locations, assist with shuttle loading and unloading, manage guest lines and traffic flow, provide current resort information, and communicate closely with shuttle drivers and other departments. You’ll also train and coach Guest Transit Hosts, help coordinate their movements between parking locations, and ensure the team is following safe and consistent procedures throughout the day.

If you’re confident working with people, enjoy taking on responsibility, and thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment, this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role on the Transportation team. You’ll spend your days helping guests, supporting your teammates, and keeping things
moving, even when the mountain throws a little extra weather your way.
