We are looking for an experienced GBS AI Factory Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background, experience leading technical teams, and expertise in building scalable AI-powered automation solutions on cloud platforms.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions.
• Define and execute the AI Factory roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications.
• Provide technical leadership on software architecture and engineering best practices.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional AI engineering teams.
• Drive adoption of Agentic AI, Generative AI, AI/ML, and intelligent automation technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and data teams to deliver high-impact AI initiatives.
• Monitor solution performance, ROI, and continuous optimization.

• 8-12 years of software engineering and solution development experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience leading technical teams and enterprise project delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI/ML, or Intelligent Automation.
• Strong knowledge of Software Architecture, Solution Design, and Full SDLC.
• Experience with Azure Cloud (preferred) and modern development technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
