The primary purpose of this position is: Planning, directing, and organizing the daily activities over four (4) GS nonsupervisory employees and one (1) military employee assigned to 62nd OSS HARM Office. Leads five or more Aviation Resource Management specialists in the performance of aviation/parachutist management related duties. Plans, implements and controls all operational administrative aspects of aviation resource management. Researches, validates, and interprets Air Force Instruction (AFI) Mission Design Series (MDS) specific medical and physiological requirements, flying and ground training requirements. Interprets and administers laws and regulations regarding entitlement incentive pay.
