Lead Housekeeper - Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY

The Lead Housekeeper oversees and coordinates the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, ensuring all cleaning tasks meet the community standards for safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist in overseeing the daily work of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Provides cleaning services such as cleaning, sanitizing, laundry and organization of rooms and common areas.
• Assist in training new hires and provide ongoing training for existing staff to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and techniques.
• Motivate housekeeping staff ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Monitor tasks to ensure that all areas of the community meet hygiene and safety standards.
• Lead special cleaning projects and oversee thorough cleaning of high-use areas to maintain optimal sanitation.
• Relay team feedback and operational challenges to the housekeeping manager to help refine practices and improve efficiency.
