Lead HR Specialist

As a Lead HR Specialist at the GS-0201-14, you will be part of HRS Federal Staffing Center Office of Personnel Management. If selected, you will be responsible for leading account management staff, managing HR system projects, advising customers, and supporting improvements to Federal staffing products and services.

Leads a team of Account Managers providing technical support and customer service to Federal agency customers. Coaches team members on project issues, work methods, procedures, problem solving, and customer support strategies. Assigns project work, establishes milestones, monitors progress, removes barriers, and reviews deliverables. Manages reimbursable HR projects involving staffing systems, customer implementation, training, and system enhancements. Provides customer service delivery support, training, communications, and issue resolution for staffing system customers. Gathers customer requirements and supports functional enhancements, implementation services, and future system improvements. Advises on recruitment, staffing, HR policy, HR information systems, change management, and business process changes.
