LEAD HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST

You will serve as a LEAD HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST in the HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT(HRD) of DDHBAP ASIA PACIFIC CENTER FOR SECURITY STUDIES.

You will utilize a wide range of HR practices, laws, regulations, policies, and precedents sufficient to provide expert HR management advisory and technical services on complex and wide-impacting customer functions and work practices.

You will use detailed analytical methods to identify, evaluate, and recommend in-depth alternatives with impact analyses to management to find appropriate HR solutions.

You will articulate and communicate to the team the assignment, project, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion.

You will lead the team in identifying, distributing and balancing workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established work flow, skill level and/or occupational specialization.

You will assist in developing long and short-range staffing plans to meet forecasted mission requirements, human capital losses, changes in critical competencies availability of candidates, career development patterns, and reorganization proposals.
