Lead Human Resources Specialist

About the Position: This position is located at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. The incumbent serves as a senior Human Resources specialist responsible for conducting manpower and workforce studies; performing comprehensive analyses of clerical, technical, administrative, and professional staffing needs; leading workforce planning and organizational assessments.

Conduct manpower studies, workforce planning and analysis, organizational assessments, and provide placement and advisory services.

Utilize automated staffing tools to monitor the status of Request for Personnel Actions (RPAs), extract data, and prepare reports.

Review pay histories, evaluate grade and classification factors, and ensure recommendations align with federal pay policy and organizational compensation objectives.

Evaluate and recommend incentives, strategic outreach methods, and target recruitment solutions to strengthen the organization’s ability to attract highly qualified candidates.

Review work products, identify areas for improvement, and coach team members to enhance proficiency and ensure consistent HR service delivery.
