We are looking for full-time members to be on our team. No experience required, but experience can provide opportunities for higher pay and management opportunities! Paid training included. We have a on-site training facility with paid and/or reimbursement programs for licensing and schooling. Full time year round work, and we do not lay off or furlough. This is a professional business. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included.

What You'll Do

As an HVAC Lead Installer, you'll lead residential retrofit and replacement projects from start to finish, ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead installation crews on residential HVAC replacement and retrofit projects
  • Remove and install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
  • Perform system start-ups, safety inspections, and performance testing
  • Check for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks to ensure homeowner safety
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance
  • Explain system operation and completed work to homeowners
  • Collect payments and complete required job documentation
  • Maintain truck inventory and ensure tools and materials are job-ready
