This position is based out of our Daphne, AL branch but is ideal for candidates living in the Pensacola, FL area.
As a full-time Lead Installer supporting our Daphne team, you will primarily complete installation projects throughout the Pensacola market, where demand continues to grow. Because you are a Daphne branch employee, flexibility to support installations in Daphne and Mobile, AL when business needs require is expected.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Attending the weekly installation meeting at our Daphne branch.
- Traveling to job sites throughout the Pensacola, Daphne, and Mobile service areas as needed.
- Maintaining the same high level of workmanship and customer service across all assigned territories.

Responsibilities:
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Lead a team of installers to ensure projects are completed efficiently
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as needed

- Proven experience in HVAC installation
