Experienced HVAC Installer Ready to Lead?

Morris Heating and Cooling is looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who knows how to run residential installations, guide a crew, and deliver quality work from start to finish.

If you have at least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience and proven leadership skills, this is your opportunity to take charge of projects and grow with an established HVAC company.

What You'll Do

• Lead residential HVAC installations in Burlington, KY, and surrounding areas

• Install HVAC systems, furnaces, ductwork, line sets, and related equipment

• Guide, train, and support installation crew members

• Read blueprints, installation drawings, and technical documentation

• Troubleshoot installation issues and determine effective solutions

• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, building codes, and safety standards

• Manage installation projects while maintaining quality and efficiency

• Coordinate with contractors and other trades as needed

• Maintain high standards for workmanship and customer service

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, equipment, and installation methods

• Previous experience leading or mentoring installation crews

• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation

• EPA Certification required

• Journeyman License required

• Valid driver's license

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good communication, leadership, and time-management skills

• Ability to manage multiple installation projects efficiently

• Ability to safely perform the physical tasks of HVAC installation, with or without reasonable accommodation
