Multiple Shifts Built for Real Life

We're proud to offer multiple, set schedules designed to support work-life balance, eliminate traditional on-call rotations, and drastically reduce overtime in our service department.

Available Shifts:

• Shift 1: 8:00am – 5:00pm | Monday–Friday
• Shift 2: 11:00am – 8:00pm | Monday–Friday
• Shift 3: 9:00am – 8:00pm | Sunday–Wednesday
• Shift 4: 9:00am – 8:00pm | Wednesday–Saturday

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience, with advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise
• Strong technical knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including complex repairs and system performance issues
• Experience mentoring, training, or providing technical guidance to other technicians
• Ability to confidently handle escalated service calls and challenging customer situations
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• A professional, customer-first mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Sales awareness - able to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

What You'll Be Doing

• Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues, including challenging service calls that require a higher level of technical expertise
• Technical Leadership: Serve as a go-to resource for service technicians, providing guidance and support on difficult repairs, diagnostics, and system performance concerns
• Training & Mentorship: Assist with onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing development of new and existing service technicians
• Escalation Support: Respond to escalated service calls, callbacks, and customer concerns to ensure timely, professional resolutions
• Quality Assurance: Help reinforce company service standards, proper diagnostic procedures, and best practices to improve first-time fix rates and reduce callbacks
• Customer Service: Educate customers on system performance, repair recommendations, and replacement options while maintaining trust and professionalism
• Team Collaboration: Partner with service management to identify training opportunities, improve technician performance, and support overall department success
• Hands-On Service: Continue performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while balancing additional leadership and training responsibilities
