The Lead Implementation Solution Architect is a client-facing integration architecture role responsible for designing scalable, practical solution approaches for new client implementations and expansions.
- Design scalable integration solutions that align with client needs and TurningPoint standards.
- Assess client systems, workflows, and technical capabilities.
- Define integration requirements, dependencies, and implementation approaches.
- Ensure architectural best practices and standards are followed.
- Serve as the primary architecture resource for implementation teams.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to resolve technical design challenges.
- Identify and mitigate integration risks and dependencies.
- Support solution decisions that balance business, operational, and technical requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client architects and technical teams.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to business and operational stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment across client, implementation, product, and technology teams.
- Develop reusable integration patterns, standards, and implementation guidance.
- Recommend improvements that enhance scalability, consistency, and implementation success.
- Identify opportunities to simplify the client experience by streamlining implementation technical processes, tools, and artifacts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, healthcare technology, implementation consulting, or a related field.
- Experience designing and delivering complex integrations in a client-facing environment.
- Experience with API, EDI, SFTP, and file-based integrations.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project management tools such as Smartsheet
- Familiarity with Azure Databricks
- Healthcare payer or health plan experience.
- Experience with prior authorization, utilization management, claims, provider, or member data workflows.
- Experience working with client technical and architecture teams.
- Azure Solutions Architecture Certification
