Festivals from India is hiring looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead – Incubator and Seed Fund to lead and manage key initiatives in startup incubation and acceleration within the Art & Culture domain at The Brij in New Delhi. This role is pivotal in nurturing early-stage creative ventures, driving impactful programs, and building a thriving ecosystem that supports innovation in the cultural and artistic sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, a passion for the arts, and the ability to design and execute programs that empower creative entrepreneurs.

Please note:

  1. The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.
  2. Festivals From India is hiring for this role on behalf of our client.
  3. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Delhi.
  4. Salary band for this role is available upon request.



Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA or equivalent in Business, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the startup ecosystem, preferably in program management, incubation, or acceleration roles.

  • Exposure to or interest in the art, culture, and creative industries is highly desirable


Essential Experience:

  • Strong understanding of startup incubation and acceleration processes.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana), and CRM platforms.


Key Personal Attributes & Skills:

  • Passionate about supporting startups and fostering entrepreneurial growth in the creative sector.

  • Experience working with incubators, accelerators, or similar programs.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and impact-driven environment.

  • Creative thinker with a strategic approach to program design and execution.

  • Early Joiners are preferred.
