Lead Industrial Electrician

Responsibilities:

• Lead Industrial Electrical Construction jobs, Primarily in the Oil & Gas Industry
  • Typical job size is between $200K to $1M+
  • Typical crew size between 2 to 6 people
• Oversee project lifecycle: estimating support, planning, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and scope clarity
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• This is a field position, presence is required during construction operations
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Install and connect wiring, conduits, switches, transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
• Investigate and problem solve to determine most efficient way to install changes to existing electrical service
• Lead, mentor, and direct less experienced electricians
