Job Title: Lead Installation Superintendant - Emergency Communication System (ECS) / Mass Notification System (MNS) Modernization
Job Location: Atlanta, Georgia - Remote US Locations considered with the ability to travel to various work sites.

Scope of Work:
The Lead Installation Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all field installation activities supporting a multi-site Emergency Communication System (ECS) and Mass Notification System (MNS) modernization program. This role ensures installation work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements, design documents, and applicable codes and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical execution of the ECS/MNS modernization program.
- Provide oversight of system design, engineering reviews, integration, and technical quality.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, subcontractors, and technical partners.
- Review technical deliverables for compliance with contract requirements, applicable codes, and industry standards.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with Government stakeholders and the Engineer of Record.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks while supporting successful project execution.
- Support technical planning, system integration, testing, and implementation activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience overseeing installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover of integrated fire alarm, emergency communication, or mass notification systems.
- Demonstrated experience managing installation of low-voltage, fire alarm, telecommunications, life safety, or building systems.
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and field crews across multiple project sites.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and commissioning requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with work order systems such as Maximo preferred.
- Must be able to maintain the ability to access the government worksite.
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record, in accordance with company policy, to operate vehicles or equipment as required for the position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NICET Level III or IV in Fire Alarm Systems or other applicable NICET certification.
- Working knowledge of NFPA 72 (National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code) and other applicable life safety codes and standards.
- Experience installing or commissioning Emergency Communication Systems (ECS) and Mass Notification Systems (MNS).
- Experience with Notifier, System Sensor, Siemens, Edwards, Simplex, Honeywell, or other enterprise fire alarm and mass notification platforms.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Experience supporting federal construction projects subject to UFC, UFGS, and DoD or HHS standards
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
- Primarily office-based with periodic travel to customer and project sites.
- Must be able to conduct field visits, navigate active work environments, and work extended hours as required to support mission needs.
- Must be able to work on-call, alternate, and extended shift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements, including weekends and holidays.
