💼 The Role (In Short)
- Teach high-energy kids’ fitness and gymnastics classes.
- Hyped-up party host for weekend birthdays.
- Hit goals with the team to boost gym sign-ups.
👀 Who You Are
- The Energy: Highly energetic and basically a professional hype-person.
- The Background: Experience with kids + athletic roots (gymnastics, dance, sports, cheer, cheer/dance, etc.).
- The Hustle: Good with people, organized, and not afraid to make a sale.
- The Deets: Can work 25-30 hours a week (weekends included) + clean background check.
💰 The Perks
- Pay: Starts at $15/hr (Trained staff averages $15–$25/hr with commission).
